OrangeBuddies Media is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Country Sales Manager UK for the (head) office in Harderwijk. As Country Sales Manager you are responsible for our cashback & loyalty concepts in UK. The Country Sales Manager leads a team of 2-3 people and, in close collaboration with colleagues, becomes responsible for managing and further developing the relationship with existing advertisers and acquiring potentially new advertisers. Contact with advertisers goes through affiliate networks, media agencies and directly for larger advertisers.

As a Country Sales Manager you report to the Branch Manager Harderwijk (NL office) and are a full discussion partner at all levels for the advertisers. You are proactive, commercial minded and communicate easily. You use these qualities to further grow the results of your markets. In addition to being flexible and solution-oriented, you are a team player who can also function well independently. You are full of energy, take initiatives and you think about further development of our concepts.

Your missions:

  • Active and structured management and expansion of existing accounts
  • Targeted acquisition of potential new advertisers
  • Selling media packages (newsletters, banners, etc)
  • Daily monitoring and analysis of results to optimize future results and to achieve sales targets
  • Realizing set targets, for example with regard to turnover and profit contribution
  • Initiating partner related activities, giving presentations and participating in trades and partner/affiliate days
  • Managing team consisting of 2-3 employees
  • Reporting to the Branch Manager
  • Identify and respond to relevant market and product developments and provide ideas for (marketing) activities

Your profile:

  • Higher education, preferably in a Sales or Marketing related area
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience, of which several years in affiliate marketing
  • Assisting manager who sets a good example and motivates the team
  • With your ambition and commercial insight you know how to set up fruitful partnerships
  • Clear, communicates easily and professional at all levels
  • To be able to clearly determine what the customer wants and influence his decision making
  • Used to take initiative and think and act solution-oriented
  • Clearly result-oriented and a winner’s mentality, strong in organizing, planning and setting the right priorities
  • Good knowledge of both the English and Dutch language
  • A team player with good managing skills
  • Has a good sense of (internal) relationships and is perfectly capable of assessing situations
